This is the best low level caster neck you will wear it till 39 if you get it. (most go for 5-10 g in ah a lot for its level of green.)

Got this off a Arathi Raptor. The ones right outside of Hammerfall. Was thinking of putting it in the AH, but i didnt have a neckpiece and im 35 warlock and didnt wanna risk getting the neckpiece from SM Cath.

I got one of these a few levels back (roughly 2 weeks). I was tempted to sell it, but kept it and have been very happy...

Tonight, I just got a second one. This one is going right to the AH. Cannot say it is SUPER rare, though.

As far as I know this is the first necklace you can wear under lvl 30.
Further more it has all three stats a caster needs.
This should indeed be a blue item.

Got it from Plains Creeper in Arathi Highlands tonight. Neck items are quite rare at this level.

Just a small correction: You can still wear it up to 39 but there is 火石 from RFD which, imo, makes a better choice for a leveling priest healer and others probably. So that limits the use as "best caster neck" to up until level 35.
