If you are bear tank, and dont have jewelcrafting as your profession, you will have problems choosing gemming for this legs and Conqueror's Nightsong Handgrips
9 stamina bonus is not so little to complitely ignore it and gem this legs for pure agility or stamina
Blue socket is simple, Shifting Twilight Opal or Solid Sky Sapphire.
Yellow socket is total fail. You can choose Glinting Monarch Topaz (if you are not hit capped) or Enchanted Tear. With Shifting Twilight Opal gems will give you +16agi,+21sta,+8hit or +14agi, +27sta. Its more or less the same as +16agi +24sta without socket bonus..
If you are jewelcrafter, you will get socket bonuses from tier gloves and legs for free, 15 stamina in total. Time to think about changing one of you professions..
