This may be a very good glyph when/if fights last longer in Ulduar. The extra burst at the end when the boss might be enraged can help secure a kill. Seems a fine glyph to me.
Edit: It's best for Survial hunters as they got 15% extra crit chance with Kill Shot due to Sniper Training. It's great/fun on trash, if you manage to get the kill shot off before the trash dies.
Edit: Originally posted when the glyph provided a 6 second reduction of kill shot's cooldown. The new mechanic is fun, even though it's (still) a bugged in pvp. After patch 4.0.6 the damage of kill shot is nice again, contrary to what it was after patch 4.0.1 hit.
