Solid piece.

Melee DPS just getting to 80 are well served doing the AT dailies for items such as these.
This is on par with several blue boss drops in heroics.

Less haste than the Chrono Lord's drop from CoS, but more Agi and raw AP makes this slightly better for pure damage.
