This is the highest (PP-Psuedopower) item in the game currently for shadowpriests if you are into mathcraft. from shadowpriest.com

I have it on my spriest if you arent a jewelcrafter and you want to keep your meta active. ( assuming you are using the 21crit + 3% inc crit dmg meta) You can gem your malygos 10/25m neck with a Purified Twilight opal & also this chestpiece, this will free up for more 19 spellpower gems in other places like boots & belt ( most of the boots are blue socket but have a terrible bonus for spriests, 6 stam or 6 spirit where the 19 sp overrules)

I just got this on my priest. Gemmed it seems like it'd be a nice step up from T7.5 (I only have tier 7 holy chest).
