Handwraps of preserved history are better for tanking at the moment.

These hands are not great for druids:

Also, adding that the 4T7 set-bonus is lacklustre to say the least, many other combinations are more beneficial.

For tanking: Hood of the exodus, T7 chest/legs/shoulders (although Trollwoven spaulders is as good) and Handwraps of preserved history.

For dps I would take T7.25 Head/Legs, and add a good rogue chest, 10-man Noth shoulders.

T7 hands and Shoulders, and even head item, are not really optimalized for druids at all. Haste is nothing I'd go looking for, ArP is nice, but not great, and threat is never an issue anyway. Overall, save your dkp and buy your T7 from emblems if anything.

eh actually haste is pretty good. I'm raiding on a feral druid and about 35% of my dmg is white, about as much as a mut rogue or enhance shammy. plus for every little haste you get you get more clear casting procs. if your weapon speed moves from 1-.99 that's 1% more clearcasts and 1% more melee dmg, so don't say it's worthless.

Now arp... that's pretty worthless.

Got these today! Just in time too, since they nerfed https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=44397 in the patch.

Any suggestions on how to gem/enchant them? I'm a bear tank. rawr

For a hit capped feral, these are only second to the Frosted Adroit Handguards in terms of Cat DPS.

If they complete the 4 x T7 set bonus, then they become a better option, since having Tiger's Fury on a 27 seconds CD provides more DPS in long term fights - but only for those that last for more than 5 minutes - since, for instance, in a 5 minutes long battle, a 27 sec CD will yield an extra Tiger's Fury. And besides that, using 4xTier7 with the Tunic of Indulgence or the Chestguard of the Recluse is *probably* the best current DPS gear setup for feral druids.
