This will also be majorly prized by Enhance Shaman as the new stats change will be a major determinate of gearing Enhance Shaman. (Agi => 1 AP and Hit being also Spell Hit.)

Looking at all the cloaks that drop in the new Naxx, it seems that, like this one, all the DPS claoks have +agi. This would normally go to a hunter or rogue first, but be warned, PDS warriors, Pallys, and DK's will also want in on it. Sure it has +agi, which isn;t that great, but ALL the cloaks do, and this has the best of the other stats.

For strength based DPS like Ret paladin and probably DK, https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=37647 is probably just as good or very close. Doesn't look nearly as cool tho!

this can actually help my dk though, since she has to have crit, which is low around 20% i believe. The agility helps increase crit, plus the 23 crit on it as well. But its not just dk cloak, pretty much hunters, enchancement shamans, ret paladins, warriors (dps) but if there are any other class that go after this then it seems fair enough other dpser are after this. would be rude to actually say its yours while there are other dpser that are after it as well.

Swee, sweet. For properly talented SV hunter, this means 58 AGI, 53 STA and 188 AP (including AGI) and 1.2% CRIT.
Is there a class/specc that can benefit more from this piece?
