There are several "BOTM" spells in the database which probably stands for "Brew of the Month." It looks like there will be several different brews, each with different effects:

Belch Brew - Triggers Potent Stench, belching.
Bubble Brew - Triggers bubble. (?)
Fire Brew - Belch fire.
Flowery Brew - Summon Flowers and/or Grow by up to 1300%!
Honey Brew - Become Honey Touched and attacked by... bees?
Jungle Brew - Summon Jungle Gnomes. (?)
Vomit Brew - "Slime" yourself.
Woodland Brew - Become viciously attacked/loved by furry woodland creatures. (?)

Players will probably receive a Empty Brew Bottle after drinking one of the above.

You missed the Binary Brew, but I could see why, because it's not on Wowhead yet.

It comes in stacks of six and you can only hold 24. After drinking six, you get a buffed called "10000001". It makes you speak in gnomish binary for 5 minutes, basically running around yelling 0's and 1's whenever you talk.

I can confirm I got a Empty Brew Bottle from each one.

This item is bought for 200 Brewfest Prize Token

The first brew is Binary Brew, which lets you talk in Gnomish Binary for 5 minutes. Also to note, you can't change language unless you remove the buff 1000001.

Also to get the buff you have to drink the Binary Brew, but it's not a 100% chance to trigger the buff.

Can also confirm you get Empty Brew Bottle

Also seems like Horde gets another buff called 01001000

When a member, you'll recieve a brew in the mail each month and a different one each month. If you like the brew (which I don't see why you wouldn't, I'm sure it'll be neat.) you can buy some of the item in the capital city.

I know for the horde you can go into Darkbriar Lodge in the Valley of Spirits. There will be some vendors there.

1 type of brew available each month, year round.

The location changes depending where you completed handing in the form, i brought mine in dorotar so thats why mine read Valley of Spirits. But the guy who sells the drink always stands nearby the quest npc.

Are the BOTM drinks Bind on Pickup (Soulbound)? I've got enough Brewfest tokens on two of my toons, but if I can just mail my alts some of the brews, then why spend the tokens on separate BOTM memberships?

October Brew is Autumnal Acorn Ale, just got it in mail.

When drinked, it might summon a woodland creature (companion pet) for 10 seconds or so.

wow you are really retarded, they wernt saying that the sequences meant A or H, A= ally, H= Horde, they were just saying what the buff was called for the 2 factions. maybe you should put ur geek smarts away and actually pick up some common sense.

Would just like to report that last year 08 I bought 2 of these. I turned one in to join the club and kept one in bank (bunch of brewfest cloths or 1 membership form, i went 1 membership form).
Sadly I must report that last years "Brew of the Month" Club Membership Form" when clicked says that I have already completed the quest. So WARNING if you have token left over dont buy an extra form. buy something else.

I havent yet purchased a new form still getting tokens but will report what happens.

since it hasn't been said yet, i would like to add that you only get to be part of the club for 1 year. this year, i blew all my tokens on the keg, elekk, and other random items instead of the membership thing because i thought you didn't have to re subscribe. later that day i went to the brew people in IF to buy some brew, and only got "we only offer brew to members of the brew of the month club" instead T-T
