Accordingly the horde will get one to. Its a black hawkstrider. Its called Swift Warstrider but its NOT the same as https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=34129 which is the new Swift White Hawkstirder, a drop from Kael'Thas in Magister's Terrace

It's definitely worth getting the pvp marks for versus spending 85g (and looks way cooler) especially since you'll rack up a nice amount of honor while acquiring the points. The War Elekk is definitely more ominous in appearance than the others sold by this vendor and you look more intimidating rolling up to an enemy player on this than you do on the others.

Anyone else really peeved off that they spent hours getting Exodar rep and then this came out?

This is the only Elekk mount available to players without the Burning Crusade, since it can be purchased in Stormwind.

Do mounts change size depending on what race is riding them? Cuz I'm a gnome and I don't know if it's the angle that I'm always viewing it from, but it always seems like mine's bigger than everybody elses...not that I'm bragging. I use it to hide people with the flag in EotS. Lol.

it seems to me that as a gnome ure size is increased and so is the elleks i kinda like that i am taller than a draieni on her faction mount lol maby its blizzes way as payback for gnomes

I brought this one today, and I've notice, that it sometimes looks a bit transparent with shadowform, when looking from some diffrent angles. Sometimes, I'm a bit transparents, other times, it is a part of the mount. Looks like a bug to me. (I'm a NE priest)

Yes Mounts do change size depending on what is riding them.

Although I've only noticed that mounts grow when a Gnome or Tauren is mounted, which is strange.

I just picked this up today. I've been maxed in all my Marks of Honor for quite some time and since Patch 2.4 came out with the Black War Elekk, I *had* to buy it.

The armor plating on it closely resembles that of the Bold set for warriors. See this link if you don't know what I mean: 鲁莽肩甲 other than that, all around this mount is awesome. A lot of people ask about it and it's almost as popular as my Swift Spectral Tiger. Personally, I like the Swift Spectral Tiger more than the Black War Elekk. =P

This is the new mount for the Draenei available from the same Mouny Vendor that you get all the other pvp mounts from. It still costs 30 wsg marks, 30 ab marks, and 30 av marks. Just became live after Patch 2.4, March 24-25.

you can get any of the other epic elekk mounts if you rep enough with the exodar.. but like any of the war mounts you need pvp metals to obtain the black war elekk.

very awesome mount i sometimes think others r faster the warsong gulch marks are the hardest for my server no one communicates and the horde always win 3 to 0! out of 30 marks we won 3 times get it together alliance

seriously if you are thinking of getting this mount do all of your battlegrounds at night time because people are useless in the mornings on my server (ammagagan) so any race can get this enev if your only nuetral from the actual races mount so have fun in WSGx30 AVx30 ABx30 good luck :)
