Obviously part of the starting gear for anew character. Anyone know which race/class gets these?

These boots are part of the starting outfit for Orc and Undead Warriors.
The other items in the outfit are Brawler's Harness and Brawler's Pants .

Orc Warriors also start out with a Worn Battleaxe..

Undead Warriors also start out with a Worn Shortsword and Worn Wooden Shield.

42G seems kind of high for these, don't you think?

And it's not just any sword.

It's Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker.
