Cold Weather Flying: Learning to Fly in Wrath of the Lich King Classic

In Wrath of the Lich King Classic, you will need to learn the skill
寒冷天气飞行
to fly in Northrend. This ability does not give your mount extra speed, but it will allow you to use your existing Expert Riding or Artisan Riding skills. Druids will also need to learn to use

or

as well.

Learning Cold Weather Flying in Wrath of the Lich King Classic
You've landed on the shores of the beautiful continent of Northrend, and suddenly your flying mounts have become sluggish and won't fly. What happened? You need to acquaint yourself with cold-weather living, and once you've successfully acclimated yourself, you can teach your mount to fly under the harsh conditions of Northrend with

.
寒冷天气飞行
will not teach you to fly if you don't already know the skill.
Nor does it make you fly faster. It simply allows you to use your existing Flying skill in Northrend.
To learn
寒冷天气飞行
, your first character needs to meet the following criteria:
Reach level 77
Already know at least
高级骑术
or
旅行形态
Have to spend learning the skill
Cold Weather Flying Trainer
To learn
寒冷天气飞行
, you can visit one of three trainers:

, Krasus' Landing in Dalaran. /way 70.8 45.6. If she isn't right there, don't panic. Very occasionally, she gets bored and commands her mount Cloudwing to do a lap around Krasus' Landing. She'll be back in a moment.
洛克希·拉姆罗基
, K3, Storm Peaks, /way 40.6 84.8

, River's Heart, Sholazar Basin, /way 50.0 61.6
Important: None of these trainers are on any faction, so you will not get any price reduction.
In addition to teaching
寒冷天气飞行
, they can teach up through Master Riding,
but don't buy anything but Cold Weather Flying from them
. Since they gives no reputation breaks, it's better to go to whatever flight trainer can give you the best faction prices. See the following guide for more information:

Cold Weather Flying on Alts
Once your first character reaches level 80 and has learned
寒冷天气飞行
for themselves, they can buy a one-use only, account-bound item called the
寒冷天气飞行宝典
from
希拉·雪晨
for . You can then mail this book to an alt, which allows that alt to learn
寒冷天气飞行
as early as level 68!
寒冷天气飞行宝典
is Bind on Account, which means you can send them to any characters on your account, or on accounts shared by your Battle.net ID.
This costs the same as learning the skill from the trainer, but since it can be used at level 68 or above, it's great for your alts to be able to fly right away. Since this item can only be used once, you will need to buy a
寒冷天气飞行宝典
for every alt you plan to level through Northrend if you want them to fly.
Flying in Northrend Without Cold Weather Flying
If you are at least level 77 and do not yet have
寒冷天气飞行
, visit

at K3 in Storm Peaks at /way 40.6 84.6. He will give you
