That quest bugged on me, when i wanted to accept it, i got some error message and didnt get it into the quest log and i cannot get it again.

When you go to turn this quest back in, the area will have changed. Vile and The Leaper will be friendly and standing out front. As well there will be a flight path there, and everything else most towns come with.

Ok, couple of questions:
1. I am a 65 DK going to get Tabard and Rep. for Ebon Blade. Can I get those Quests from Shadow Vault at this level?
2. If so,how do I get to the Shadow Vault at this level?
