This is a mail set added in Cataclysm. There are a total of 6 different sets with the Gold/Blue colouration, all of them are dropped by enemies in Cataclysm areas and dungeons (except the Frayfeather Mail set, which seems to be unavailable).
Because they have the same colour variation all 6 Gold/Blue sets are interchangeable when being used for Transmog.

There is also a Green/Black and a Silver/Red colour variation of this armour set.
