This set (excluding head and shoulders) uses the Brown variant of the "B7 Cloth" artwork and forms a complete six-piece set of the art.

Like many early sets, artwork was never created for the helm and shoulders. The ones used here are just gear from other sources that its creators picked to complete the set. You may be able to find better matching ones if you look.

It's worth noting that this cloth appearance has been used many times as a "default" for sets during development, and I suspect that they simply forgot to switch them to the proper leather textures before release. If so, the 龍鷹之帽 (which does not share this appearance) may be indicative of what the Dragonhawk set was supposed to be.

There two other colour variants of this set in the artwork database. Both are available as sets in the game but only in cloth. See:

Blue: Abjurer's Regalia
White: Abjurer's Regalia (Recolor).

This Brown version seems to be immensely popular with Blizzard, as it's been used for sets spanning three different armour types: Abjurer's Regalia (Recolor) (cloth), Expedition Garb (leather), Talhide Mail (mail). Many of these are probably just sets they forgot to set the proper textures on.
