This set is actually a combination of quite a few different sets of artwork. Since every piece seems to come from a different set, I'll only bother with the most obvious one, the chestpiece (robe):

This robe uses the Red variant of the "Horde B2 Robe" artwork. 火絲長袍 uses the same artwork and colour.

There are matching gloves from the same artwork set and colour: 催眠烈焰手套. Together they look like this.

It also has a sleeves design which could be used for bracers, and the skirt half of the robe could be used for leggings, but to my knowledge neither is. The art set doesn't provide artwork for any other pieces, so the robe is pretty much standalone, just pick what you think matches... you could probably do better than the ones chosen above.

There are four other colour variants of this robe art in the artwork database. All are available in the game in cloth. See:

Orange: robes: 烈焰行者長袍, kilt: 大酋長褶裙
Green: two-part, chest and kilt: 霉運巫毒之皮 and 霉運巫毒褶裙

For those who prefer a head piece with a shade that more closely matches the color of the robe in this set, have a look at:

交織風帽

This "junk" commonly drops off lvl 30-ish mobs, such as the ones in Scarlet Monastery: Cathedral (where I got mine).

For this set i had a chest head shoulder weapon and belt

Chestpiece - is felcloth robe which is made by a tailor
headpiece- cowl of the illidari high lord from sun well plateau
shoulder- mistryeed shoulder pads random outlands drop
belt- (closest i could find) Anetheron's noose from hyjal summit
weapon- calenda fighting stick random drop or Ruthless Gladiator's energy staff

not perfect but to me looked better than the intended set pieces
