The Vicious Charscale pieces, available for all eight slots, are crafted by Leatherworkers. Originally they were PvP gear.
They were preceded in the earlier Cataclysm seasons by the Bloodied Scale and then Bloodthirsty Charscale items, none of which are craftable anymore.
Some of the one-off items are reputation rewards.
The others were originally purchasable with 正義點數 from dungeons and raids, but can now be bought freely.

Weirdly, in the Appearances Collection in-game the 兇惡碳鱗腰帶 appears separately from the 靜泉腰帶/預言束帶, but they look identical.
