A Guide for Obtainable Feats of Strength The Entitled: A Guide to Titles

Awarded per battlegroup at the end of a season based on top ranked percentage.

0.0% - 0.5%: Gladiator
0.5% - 3%: Duelist
3% - 10%: Rival
10% - 35%: Challenger

The exact rating and rank required to get this is variable, as it depends on how many teams are in your battlegroup.

You only keep the title for one particular arena season. When the next season starts, you lose it. You do keep the achievement, though.

2v2 teams no longer give you titles.

Was also given to members of each battlegroup's top ranking arena team in Season 1.

I totally hate this $%^&, My warlock has s1 gladiator, and thats the ONLY season that didnt get a life-lasting title for it. Buggs me off every single day.

Players who are ranked #1 when the season ends are given a special permanent title in accordance with the season they participated in. For example, if you participated in season 8 and were the top 3v3 or 5v5 team in your battlegroup, you would receive the Gladiator Achievement and be awarded a Feat of Strength achievement "Wrathful Gladiator", granting you the permanent title "Wrathful Gladiator _______".

Other permanent, top-ranked, arena-unique season titles include:

Gladiator (Awarded permanently if you participated specifically in season 1, otherwise temporary)
Merciless Gladiator
Vengeful Gladiator
Brutal Gladiator (Last season of TBC)
Deadly Gladiator
Furious Gladiator
Relentless Gladiator
Wrathful Gladiator (Last season of WotLK)
Vicious Gladiator
Ruthless Gladiator
Cataclysmic Gladiator (Current Season)

This is one of the most prestigious PvP titles within the game.

A Season Gladiator title is given out after each PvP season has ended as with all the other arena titles (Gladiator, Duelist, Rival and Challenger), but these will be different from each season and it will be yours permantently (You will not lose it after one season!)

Requirements to obtain one:

Your team has to be ranked as #1 team on your battleground in either the 3v3 or the 5v5 bracket! (If the two top teams are at the exact same rating they'll both get it)

Your character has to have a personal rating within 100 rating of the team rating (This does not count if your personal rating is higher than the team rating)

Your character needs to have played at least 20% of the teams total games played

Your character has to be level 90 (The top level)

Here is a list of all the previous Season Gladiator titles:
Gladiator - Arena Season 1 (Also to note for this one is that the regular seasonal title you get from achieving top 0.5% of the ladder will be the same, although this one is just TEMPORARILY for one season in difference from the other Season Gladiator titles listed bellow).
Merciless Gladiator - Arena Season 2
Vengeful Gladiator - Arena Season 3
Brutal Gladiator - Arena Season 4
Deadly Gladiator - Arena Season 5
Furious Gladiator - Arena Season 6
Relentless Gladiator - Arena Season 7

Be aware all the previous Season Gladiator titles are NO LONGER OBTAINABLE, but don't worry, there is a new one coming with each season!

Now as Season 13 begins I guess there is nothing more for me to do then just wish you all the best of luck. I can promise you that if you one day get a Season Gladiator title then you will never go unrecognized, as mentioned earlier they're the most prestigious PvP titles within the game!

Before Battle for Azeroth, this title was released based on a certain percentage of players who participated in arena. If you were in the top 0.5% with 150 wins in that season, you were presented with Gladiator: the FoS pertaining to that season and a temporary title for the following season. However, in BFA, this system is receiving a massive overhaul. Players will now enter a formal bracket based on their seasonal rating:

Combatant: 1400–1599
Challenger: 1600–1799
Rival: 1800–2099
Duelist: 2100–2399
Gladiator: 2400

Quoting the article, they are still working out how to distribute end of season rewards (which includes the titles listed for the brackets above). This means that titles underneath the Rank 1 Gladiator are still being worked out, and according to the article:

We’re still in the process of working out the possible end-of-season rewards, but for now we can say we’ll be keeping the special seasonal Gladiator titles for the very top players at the end of each season. Those who get the Gladiator title will also need to win an additional number of games to earn the mount as their reward.
