Midnight Twilight Ascension Pre-patch Event and Rewards

Finished introductory quest today to get the title in pre-patch. Was not awarded with the title.
Relogged and the title was there.

Just want to say, from the onset of TWW to now, this game has been riddled with so many bugs that I hardly remember being an issue in the past. It's very clear that this 18month expansion cycle and Microsoft layoffs of QA/CS departments is untenable. It's likely only going to get worse. I can't wait when players lose something massive (as if that didn't already happen with TWW launch and Guild Banks being cleared out, losing tons of items/gold that weren't restored and swept under the rug.) Just sad, really.
