One Man's Trash Is Another Man's Treasure: Riches of Pandaria Secrets of Pandaria The Entitled: A Guide to Titles

This title will be a lot easier to obtain by using the addon TomTom and the separate plugin Lost Treasures. With those you can circle the continent for thsese rares in no time. (It will also exclude items you already got unless you deactivate that option.) It can also include the spots for the Riches of Pandaria achievement.

Are these relics now only allowed to be looted once per character? I've never had a problem finding these relics in the past and either they're being heavily farmed or I'm at my limit. I'm trying to get (2) Wind-Reaver's Dagger of Quick Strikes for my rogue and I've yet to see another one spawn. Just curious.

this must be an account wide title - my new alt discovered his first treasure in pandaria and immediately it said I had 20 treasures and the char got the title

I've been working at this for a week or so and I have yet to see a single one of the Dread Wastes treasures, but I've collected almost every one in the other zones. Is there any kind of prerequisite or phasing that might be causing me to not see any of them?
