Dalaran alchemy trainer has it. The other trainers I checked did not offer it.
This ingredient is used to make the elixir of water walking.

Missing information here:
Used to craft Elixir of Water Walking (Alchemy)

3x Ethereal Oil (=6x Glassfin Minnow) + 1x Imbued Vial = 1x Elixir of Water Walking

Water walking fades when you receive damage from any source
You will NOT be dismounted when drinking this while mounted
And it now works while mounted (probably because previously only DKs were allowed to ride over water and it was time for a change)

The elixir can also be randomly obtained by the Shattrath fishing daylies.

I'm a tard... didn't see Ethereal Oil in my Alchemy book so I rode my mount to Icecrown at level 74 just to realize I already have it. Thus, you can get this from other trainer not just at Icecrown.

I did the same thing (although I took the free flight path from the Landing in Dalaran)... /sigh

Search your skillbook if you think you don't have this! You can learn it from the trainer in Dalaran. ;)

If you've already learned this, it will be in your spellbook in the second "Other" heading, after "Metal & Stone" and before "Parts" (if you've learned goblin rocket fuel).

Was making some waterwalking elixirs and had 2 of thee left over, so I drank it and as it states it made me translucent and ghost like... was just wondering if it had any other known application, or if it effected agg or something? Anyone know?
