Amazing that no one has mentioned this yet. But guess what?

There is currently no way to learn to smelt cobalt. I've visited every mining trainer in the game. None of them have the option. Not in "learned, already learned" etc. At all.

Naturally I tried the mining trainer in northrend dalaran first. But I tried all the others as well.

Blizz must have messed it up when they migrated to the expac-specific skill levels.

Cute and frustrating.
