The most preferable of DPS caster enchants, due to its effectiveness and cheap cost.
Enchant Weapon - Mighty Spellpower is a 13 SP increase, but uses 4x as many Inifinite Dust, 10x as many Greater Cosmic Essence, and 6 Abyss Crystals (even with the 3.0.8 changes, you're still using 3x the Dust, 6 Crystals, and 6 Dream Shards); the cost increase is definitely NOT worth the meager 13 SP.
Enchant Weapon - Black Magic is debatable. You have a 50% chance to Curse the target (a DoT effect for an average of 1100 damage over 15 seconds) on each offensive spell, but the mats aren't exactly cheap as dirt (25 Inf. Dust, 15 Greater Cosmics, and 10 Abyss Crystals).

This is the perfect enchant for a placeholder item due to its low cost, and it still isn't that bad compared to Mighty spellpower one...

can anyone confirm as to whether or not you can place this on one of the heirloom items and then mail it to a twink and have it stay? ive been wondering aobut the other item enhancements as well if anyone knows.

On my server you can buy this enchant for 100g to 200g. If you want 13 more spell power then you have to pay close to 600g to 900g. This one is great for the price, and cheaper then the twink +30 spell power at around 500g.

It seems that enchanting this, and greater savagery onto vellum will not give you a skillup, despite being orange at 395 skill.
