The proc rate on this HAS to be higher than the 5% listed on WoWhead.

I've been testing the proc rate since I obtained the set, and I've been getting between a 10 and 15% proc chance. On my shaman I have Lightning Overload, which is a 5% chance, and I see that going off less than half the amount of times this procs.

My guess is it's a 10% proc rate, minimum. Either that or I'm lucky.

There is no proc cooldown. I've had it proc three times, one right after another.

Set bonus from Spellstrike set, requires tailoring 350.

well, i've had this set for about a month and at 350 tailoring with absolutely NO procs, but i thought it was working fine, until today.

So, today i started working on getting my tailoring up to 375 finally. I'm currently only at 355 but within the first five attacks at 355, it proc'd. i was actually like...wtf is this? i had to look it up because i thought someone put a buff on me or something. Anyway, since i went to 355, i've proc'd 8 times in a row within 5 min. I think the skill level has a lot do with the proc ability. Not sure if anyone else has noticed that or not. I'm glad it's finally working! WOOT.
