You can get each of of these buffs from shrines found throughout Dazar'alor in Zuldazar.

In my search, I found a few that have multiple locations. Given that fact, there are likely a few more scattered around but I've listed the locations I've found below. Because a lot of the location-based addons aren't updated given the changes, I also took a screenshot and marked the locations below with stars. Please see it shared here.

Need to complete 可怕的奎格瓦 quest to be able to interact with Altars.

Objective of the 羅亞的寄望 achievement
There are lots of Altars of Krag'wa all over the the Zandalar, you just need 1 for the achievement.
You can find Altar of Krag'wa west of Dazar'alor, The Great Seal, south to Terrace of Crafters

List of effects from each Boon:

奎格瓦的恩澤 - When damaged below 25%, cast 巨蛙耐力.
Effect cannot happen more than once per 3min.

Absorb 38,470 of incoming damage.
Heal self for 4,031 every 1 sec for 10 sec.

帕骷的恩澤 - Killing a target procs 帕骷之風
This cannot occur more than once every 1min.

Haste increased by 5% and Movement speed by 25% for 15sec.

亞昆達的恩澤 - Attacks and Heals have a chance to cast Holystorm
Effect cannot happen more than once per 1min.
Holystorm
Spread Holystorm energy to target and chaining to nearby targets, healing allies or damaging enemies.

剛克的恩澤 - When you gather at least 2 enemies within 10 yds, call a Warpack
This cannot occur more than once every 3min.
Warpack
Children of Gonk will come to your aid.

伯昂撒姆第的恩澤 - Killing an enemy has a chance to cast 伯昂撒姆第的交易
伯昂撒姆第的交易
Curse that will explode and deal damage to all nearby non-player units in 4 sec and summon a Servant of Bwonsamdi

金布爾的恩澤 - Chance to Inflict 金布爾之裂 on attacks.
Effect cannot happen more than once per minute.
