Just completed this quest after 15 minutes of waiting around for 1 Witch Doctor to respawn. I remember this area being full of Elite mobs a few years ago, before they removed most of the Elites from game, when I levelled my first character. This is probably why the mobs have such a long respawn timer.
I submitted a suggestion to Blizz to make these quests auto-complete as you travel up through the area to save going back and forth to the quest givers or to shorten the spawn timers.
Hopefully they will do something about it :)

Oh god the respawn rate on these mobs is terrible and the ones you need are concentrated in a very small area and you'll be lucky to be the only one there and all of the mobs are there. Not my luck I got there and had to fight with three other players over the limited amount of Witch Doctors. Took 20 mins.

Especially bad now with CRZ. Tiny area crawling with players fighting each other to tag one of these few mobs, that have really long respawn timers. Finally gave up trying to finish after 30 mins and will come back later (when there are hopefully fewer players).

As Alliance, you can just skip this quest since it doesn't have any followups.

This quest... 3 NPC spawned and you have to kill 5 of them... Where is logic ? And respawn time... i was waiting for 20 min till they respawned... Like 30 low lvl players slayed :D

Turned this quest in as a lvl 35 worgen warlock. There was supposed to be a chain after this one, but apparently I do not qualify for it? He gave me more quests after I turned in all of his quests, however, that sound plus the message was a little unnerving.
