I'd like to note that you do not really learn the spell but rather your 4 totems are replaced with the relic when you complete the quest. I unfortunately did the shaman quests again after faction transferring and was hoping I could just do this twice to get rid of all eight totems, but that is not the case; this quest is not repeatable. Although if you delete the relic you can talk to Gotura Fourwinds again to receive another.

hey i destroy this totem and i don't have now totems how can i get back totems?

This quest is not working as of the patch of this comment. The quest will be offered, yet the shaman will only have two totems, fire and earth. As told by a GM, the "problem is known by developers and a fix will be issued at a later patch."

We no longer need to do these quests to get the totems in order to be able to summon our totems. Quite frankly you'd be farther ahead putting in a GM ticket to destroy the totems you have now and free up the 1 to 3 bag/bank slots you have being taken up for the quest reward totems.
