To complete 協助除塵 you need to collect 120x發光蛾 in Harandar zone
Each drops 發光粉塵 that you can trade for 老微光蜱蟲, 鮮明葉綠犀角獸 and other items at 護蛾者薇坦 vendor.
發光蛾 are gated and not visible till you have certain level of 哈拉提 renown reputation.
40 require renown 1 to collect (renown 2 to see the chest icon on the map)
40 require renown 5 to collect (renown 6 to see the chest icon on the map)
40 require renown 6 to collect (renown 11 to see the chest icon on the map)
The best way to farm 哈拉提 renown is to

Complete main zone storyline,
Complete 哈朗達旅居者
Complete 至暗之夜知識獵人 - items there also give zone renown
Complete 一片葉子都不能少 (each rare gives 50-75 rep with faction on first kill) and world quests

So i would strongly advise you to farm 哈拉提 renown 9 first and then target the achievement and mounts

The one at /way 56.58, 57.17 seems impossible to get. My RareScanner addon says "you might have to fly right over it and dismount on it to be able to loot it" but it sounds non-sens to me. If you are moving, you can't loot it. Someone can explain ?

I just received the Dust ‘Em Off achievement for getting 120 Glowing Moths, however I only have 119 luminous dust and as such can’t buy everything.
Seems to be a bug that one of the spawns doesn’t award dust.

120 moths done, got the achievement, but only 118 currency.

If you all get stuck on which moths you are missing download the MothWaypoints addon, it will auto add only the ones you are missing.

EASIEST WAY TO GET ALL 120: Don't bother with RareScanner, or manually entering Tom Tom lists. Get the "MothWaypoints" addon made by Tiemannjr. Install, type /mwps, and all REMAINING moths appear in Tom Tom as waypoints.

My Alt is only getting Glowing Moth Dust, is there something I'm missing? My main has hit 90, completed the campaign so not sure why I'm only getting this when the main can get the luminous, my alt also can go no higher than tier 3 in delves for some reason.

/edit ignoring it with the ID doesn't work, for anyone else who wants to disable it in silverdragon: Scanning > Vignettes > Ignore and there's a checkbox

119/120 moths collected can't seem to find the last one.. i even tried flying thru all of the waypoints made in this post..

I'm stuck at 119/120 according to my achievement. So I downloaded Mothwaypoints and it says there's 4 moths left but I can't see them and I watched the YouTube video for each location so they're definitely not there. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

I got 1 Glowing Moth with another character by mistake. Now my main character - who is collecting them - can't see this specific Glowing Moth ("/way 40.44 34.46" from https://youtu.be/oGMhL94u1D4?t=635). Also, it looks like I can't "undo" or somehow delete the collected Glowing Moth from my alt char. Is there a way to solve this or we need to wait for a fix? This is the second bug I am facing this week and it is just Monday. lol. It looks like we can transfer this currency - the question now is whether this is safe to do... or will this create more bugs?...

i can see the last moth on minimap well all my alts can but there is no moth there at 57.47 my main cannot see anymore moths i have collected 119 and no achievment also :<

took me 3 days to find the last one....... 67.68 one was just not showing up on my map so i copy/paste all the way points again went to check all locations again and Bammmmm phew !

Great help here and the addon works great. However, I am stuck on this last one:

82 Renown 4

What I learned is the last few I couldn't find were all in caves. Can't find one for this one.

Blooming Lattice

AT /way 55.34 30.70 there is a tent with a big roof, and the moth is supposed to be inside it in the roof. There is no way you can fly up to it and loot it, you can not jump high enough to get it, and neither you can climb up to it. There was only way to do this, and it's crazy how it was so hard to get this in the first place. So, I asked Google AI for this and was recommended to use a big mount. I first tried , but it was too short! Asked again Google AI if there was a bigger mount, and was suggest Grand Ice Mammoth. This mount is so big that you might get dismounted inside the tent, but even if you're mounted on it, you still don't reach it. I was able to try one last thing, and that was standing on the table inside the tent with my Grand Ice Mammoth. THIS WORKED! I can't think of any other way to get this Glowing Moth, but it was hard!

Our developers have investigated reports submitted to them regarding this issue and have confirmed it is not a bug. The Moths themselves may not be at the exact indicator on the map, or may be under or on top of something from where you are. Searching around the highlighted area is recommended.

I've completed the Dust Em Off achievement but I have 118 Dust instead of 120
How is this correct, the Dust Em Off achievement is complete but I only got 119. Can you give me 1 Dust?
