You can find the 胡椒錘 up near the top of the giant tree at /way #2024 26.52, 46.18 Pepper Hammer

At the bottom of the hollow portion there is lootable 樹液, then near the edge at the top is a stick. When you pick up the sap you get a five-minute buff to feed the Pepper Hammer. At this point, if the stick is not clickable for you, do a /reload and it should be clickable. The Pepper Hammer will fly down to get its snack, and you can click it to loot your Blackfeather Nester.

Once I looted the Pepper Hammer these items disappeared.

樹液 is located in The Azure Span
in the trunk of the fallen tree, it's a part of 胡椒錘 treasure.
To loot the treasure you have to take 樹液
Then use 棍子 and interact with Pepper Hammer
If the stick is not interactable type /reload

Reward is 黑羽築巢鳥

樹液 is related to Pepper Hammer treasure in 蒼藍高地.

Location: 26.54 46.29
Required for: 蒼藍高地的寶藏
Reward: 黑羽築巢鳥

At the providing you will see the half-fallen tree. Check out the area inside it. You will see a purple high-lighted 棍子 (use /reload UI if you can't interact with it).
There is also 樹液 inside the tree, collect some and use it to the 棍子. Pepper Hammer will be lured so you can interact with it and collect 黑羽築巢鳥.

Tree sap is located at /way 26.30, 46.33. It's inside a slanted tree that's hollow from above.

Requires level 63.
Sap and stick are in the gigantic tree that you can climb/fly up, not the small tree on the ground (which happens to be directly underneath the coords for the stick). Base of the tree is at (25.8, 46.5)

胡椒錘 is part of the 蒼藍高地的寶藏 achievement in 蒼藍高地.

At the Traitor's Rest, go to the large tree trunk next to the giant skeleton, east of Iskaara.
Click the 樹液 in the tree trunk and you will get 樹液 for 5 minutes.
After that, click the 棍子 at the top of the tree trunk.
Wait until the 胡椒錘 comes flying and then click on the 胡椒錘.
You will then get the 黑羽築巢鳥 and thus the pet 黑羽築巢鳥.

If something is not clickable it usually helps to reload the UI with /reload or restart the game.
