To unlock the teleporter you MUST first collect/click on the ground floor glowing rune. Make sure to have at least 60 energy then use the to 樞位轉移 teleport up. Otherwise you'll just get dropped back on the ground floor.

Upon entering the ground floor chamber, follow the left staircase. When it evens out, the rune will be on the wall. The NPC periodically will walk to the rune, block it for eye sight, and gather it. Don't panic if you don't immediately see it. Once collected you can use the shift to teleport up to collect the 第一樞位排列.

I'm missing the 'Secundus' Arrangement, I have all others (even the one on top). You can actually use the Cypher equipment with the 'dimensional translator' power to cross gaps and climb ledges around. I used a SV hunter on the last part to get my pet agro on one of the mobs, and harpooned up.

I collected this back when the area first opened in campaign. However, my locus shift flight map doesnt allow me to access the Interior chamber.

Does anyone know how many connected rooms there are off this room, so far I have Dormant Alcove, Fulgar Alcove and Camber Alcove all found as runes in various places around the outside area
