Managed to dothis as a 103 night elf DK. Ran past everyone, died at the round building to the left when you enter moon guard stronghold from the stairs at the bridge.

Rez and then at the round building i jumped over the wall behind the portal thing, then jumped over the small wall behind there and used shadowmeld. The aggro range is enough for Tharillon, but not enough for the 110 mobs(tharillon scales to level). Kill the mobby, then just a careful few steps forwards, loot the box and run away :p

I can't seem to find this. Is it in the area where there are like 30+ mobs? Inside the gazebo looking thing? There is a portal to Suramar City that you can't click on close to it. I can't find it anywhere and I ran around that gazebo for 5 minute looking and healing myself with 30 mobs on me. I can't even target a Tharillon.

I think I'm entering this through the wrong way by going all the way to the top; is this container in a different spot?

This is up in Moonguard Stronghold. The best approach is from the bridge on the east side. Once you're up and into the stronghold, turn left and you will see a pavillion type area with some book shelves. Behind those bookshelves, on the grassy ledge beyond the pavillion, overlooking the river, you will find this box, with Herbalist Tharillon hovering over it. It's a 1 second cast to grab it, so you can res run to it and get it quickly if you're like me (level 102) and getting wrecked by every mob in the area.
