Zandalari society has remained an unchanging hierarchy for thousands of years.

Hardworking farmers, fishers, and craftsmen for the peasant caste, the foundation of the empire. Zandalari elders tell them what to harvest, when to plant, and how to behave. To disobey the elders is to disobey the gods, an offense punishable by exile or death.

The Zandalari warrior caste sits above the peasantry, acting as the arms of the Kind and the might of the council. Dexterity is not prized among Zandalari warriors: brute force, backed by ancient magics, is the preferred combat style.

Dictating every aspect of Zandalari society down to the very last detail are the scholars and the priesthood. Masters of magic and communing with the spirits, these respected bastions of knowledge stand upon fifteen millennia worth of accumulated knowledge. The highest of these have a seat on the Zanchuli Council, which both advise the King and ensures his every command is executed upon. The council is consulted before every battle or major decision.

From a golden throne, lording over all the Zandalari, rests the great King Rastakhan.

Empowered by the Zandalari gods themselves to act as their voice, he has ruled for over two hundred years.

As a rogue, I was able to shadowstep up to the Stormsea Landing before stage 2 was complete and the gate removed. Unfortunately, when i went up to the top deck of the ship, the scroll was not visible. Even if you can bypass the gate somehow, you still can't complete this before the gate is down.

EDIT: So, Crushridge realm finally got into stage 5, but for some reason the boat seems to be bugged. Even tho I was able to get on the boat before the gate was opened, now it doesn't even show up anymore. If I go inside the Swollen Vault for a minute, then come back out, I can see the boat at the docks and none of the troll ncps are in the way. As soon as i make it half way down the ramp, it disappears and the trolls reappear. Maybe this is a bug and maybe I'll be able to board the boat again after we make it to the next stage.

EDIT 2: The boat was definitely bugged for me. I saw Beastcaller Tuk'wa yelling so I did a /tar on him. I was able to target him but not see him or the boat. I fixed the problem by entering the Swollen Vault up the hill, then I entered a dungeon through the dungeon finder. Once I completed that, I went back out onto the Stormsea Landing and the boat was there. This time it did not disappear when I went down to it as it had before. I was able to board the boat and finally get my achievement!

Like R1xen, I was cloak and daggering my way into unopened areas before stage 2, and even after stage 2 this item is still not on the boat.

Our server is currently in Stage 5, i am standing at the location and have scoured the ship searching, it does not appear to be here. Be it a bug or an event trigger within the stage i am none to sure at this point.

aksed a GM: object is bugged on some servers and won't spawn. they reported it to the devs, will be fixed soon.

some servers have horde phase 5 and alliance only phase 4 with port still locked - might be affecting the spawn of the scroll

I shadowsteped to the port at Phase 4, and used a scenario finder to get on the ship. But I can't find the lorewalker scroll. Due to Horde being scarce here (Feathermoon-CN), they cannot have reached Phase 5 by the time.

Edit: GM response tells me to wait.

It was still bugged for me today. HOWEVER, you can simply relog to make it work again.

Edit: Apparently not working for everyone..but solves it most of the time. I guess you can try the "enter leave instance" tact if relogging doesnt work (explained by R1xen). I think it's pretty much the same though, a "reload" of the game. Good luck.

Moon Guard is finished all stages of the Isle of Thunder and while the ship is always in port, the scroll is not at the described location (top deck near the stairs).
Relogging did nothing.

Help?

Edit: After checking the ship every day for nearly 2 weeks it finally spawned after a server restart and I was able to finish the achievement.

So I was w8ing one day for the ship to dock when i saw someone yelling about the ship. I put on my Path of Frost and took a walk over there and what do you think i saw when i got there?.....

i found the ship just there not moving or doing anything. i couldn't find a way to get up there tho maybe has something to so with the fact that Blizz doesn't let use fly here. i have to say that's east/a little bit south of Violet Rise near a small island or rock if you find a way to get up to the ship's deck let me know.

can you even reque for the instance after you've done them all? I'm trying to get these all. I've relogged, gotten on the boat, reloaded UI. Everything nothing worked to get the scroll.

I had a ticket open with Blizz about this as none of the workarounds were doing it, and both the patch and rolling restarts didn't do it. Either in response, or out of sheer luck, they moved it to 66.2,44.7, which is on the dock just before you get on the ship. Screenshot uploaded to Achievement Page as well.

It seems that now the scroll/object is no longer on the ship, probably moved due to the phasing issues. After a fruitless search of the ship, I found it on the dock, having walked past it on the way.

Found at 66.05, 44.68 (Patch 5.4)

Location is moved to 66.02, 44.68. You'll find the object in front of the ship, not inside the ship!
