If you are a twink, or otherwise,. just coming into Duskwood for this quest only, to obtain the ring, The quest chain begins on the road you see, straight down from the NPC, you see on the Map above. Its a short chain and before you know it, your on it.
I first went down through the tunnel that leads to the Catacombs. You have to quickly kill the ghostly attackers, before more come, head towards the quest turn in question mark. You will pick up this final quest to kill fel. You will come to a room with several NCPs scattered a bit, they are pretty easy to kill, than you will see Fel on a higher platform. and there will be a large mop behind him. I tried to pull a few of them at a time, succeeded on 2 attempts but aggroed fell, almost killed him but died.

I than entered from the other side, the higher side, from a structure, not a tunnel. It is actually the back entrance to the tunnel..It is where I saw the quest location after coming back from the grave. I must of gotten lucky, because when i went straight down two set of stairs, there was fel all by himself, no mob in front of him. After applying the thing to take his bobble away, he was fairly easy to kill.

I did this on my level 24 warlock.

This quest line begins with Sister Elsington (19.91 57.92) in the Raven Hill encampment. The quest line is; Guided by the Light - The Halls of the Dead - Buried Below - Morbent's Bane. The last quest is turned in to Sven Yorgen (18.38 57.95) Raven Hill.
