Oubdob da Smasher is found at 47.74, 73.53, in Highmountain.
To find the route to him, use the South-East path from Thunder Totem, head towards Nethalrion's Lair dungeon entrance, then head to the path situated to the right, and above the dungeon entrance, which takes you up the mountainside.

At the time of this posting, I was lead to him through a Wardens world quest which required you to kill him. I do not know yet if this is the only way to access him
At 44m health, this is not an easy rare to kill as a solo dps/healer, but as a 852 DH Vengeance, it was easy as pie.
Hit me for around 250k without mitigation, so is doable with healing as a tank solo.

『重擊者』歐布多布 is an objective of 高嶺探險家 achievement.

He is on the path to the Ironhorn Retreave. Start your way from Thunder Totem's second floor and go to the direction of Snowblind Messa (49.9, 63.6), when you reach the bridge turn right. Go along the road and you'll see 奈薩里奧巢穴 entrance. There is a path up the mountain near the dungeon entrance, take the path and you'll see Oubdob.

He was actually hard to find because right now he spawned only with the world quest DANGER: Oubdob da Smasher 危險：『重擊者』歐布多布(wrong name on wowhead)
So i think right now you have to wait for this world quest if you want to complete the achievement, but i don't know if it is intended or not.
World quest has blue quality, so rare has 50 millions hp by default.

For the achievement 高嶺探險家 you must also kill 『重擊者』歐布多布.
Oubdob can only found during the World Quest 危險：『重擊者』歐布多布.
Coordinates: 47.73
Flight point: 雷霆圖騰, 馴風者諾特

from Thunder Totem starts from the upper level and go to the east exit to the "Snowblind Mesa", turn right before the bridge and follow the path along the river. After crossing the next bridge you reach the "Summitcrest Basecamp". From here a path goes up to "Greystone". On the larger area on the right side wanders around.

As of Patch 7.1.5, Oubdob da Smasher has been removed from the criteria for 高嶺探險家.

After Legion being out about a year and a half i finally killed this guy today, he showed up on a world quest for Wardens.
