After you complete the quest, she sells all the 6.1 Cooldown recipes for Blacksmithing, Engineering, and Jewelcrafting, along with 1 upper level recipe for each profession. You can also trade 5 blackrock ore or 5 true iron ore for primal spirits.

Currently, Savage Bloods cost 50 primal spirits to trade in, so it costs 250 ore for each Blood. Prices for ore are at about 50s-1g and Bloods are selling at 500g (but dropping). Good money making opportunity.

Alexi is a female gnome trader who can be found just inside the Town Hall. It appears she is chosen randomly from the trader pool and will be the only trader available that day server wide. She sells the following items:

原始之魂Recipe: Primal Gemcutting for 5 黑石礦石 or 真鐵礦石
Schematic: Primal Welding for 60 真鐵礦石

This is one of several NPCs that can randomly spawn in your garrison each day. They will appear in the entryway of your level 3 town hall. Some of the NPCs will offer quests while others will be traders. Everyone on your realm will have the same trader if they get the trader, but whether you get the trader or a questgiver will be up for individuals is random each day.

You can use a questgiver or trader at someone else's garrison. Have them invite you into a group, and then right-click your own portrait and select "view leader's garrison". This will take you to their garrison and you can use whatever NPC they have there. ★

Occasionally 『收藏家』厄莉絲 will appear in your menagerie and offer the bonus pet battle daily, 德拉諾的小動物. There are several different versions of her, so please see this comment for more info on her and her pet teams.

Traders will offer a daily quest to exchange 50 of a prof mat (ore, leather, fur, etc) for 25x 原始之魂. After that, you can buy primals from them using the mats (5xmats for 1xprimal spirit), as well as some recipes for that profession. Quests you pick up will be turned into 伯德里克‧格雷, so you do not need to return to someone else's garrison to turn them in if you didn't pick up the quest in your own garrison.

Do not have the trader in one of your level 3 Garrisons or need to have your profession learn the new recipes? There are very nice people that open up their garrison to everyone for free.

Be in your garrison with the mats you want to buy Primals or recipes with. If the recipe needs 60 starflower, better have 60 starflower in your bags, heh. Their garrison will probably have a storehouse with access to your bank or to the guilds bank but its better to be prepared beforehand.

Go to Group Finder.
Select Premade Groups.
Select Custom.
Select Find a Group.
Pick a group that has your trader in it. I usually select a group that has auto-invite in the title but almost all groups auto-invite.
You will be asked what role you want to play. Just pick one.
You will join the group.
On your portrait in the top left corner, right click on it. In the (long) dropdown, you will have "Visit the Leaders Garrison". Select that. You will have a loading screen and then be just outside the host garrison. The garrison may have other things that you would like to use such as a disenchant cauldron or listen to their jukebox.
Travel to the trader in the doorway foyer of the main hall. Get your goodies. Thank your host by typing /raid (spacebar) Thank You. Leave the party on another right click to your portrait. Once more click on your portrait and select "Visit my Garrison".
And a big thank you to all of these nice folks to do this for us.

EDIT: I too now invite folks to my Garrison.
Go to Group Finder
Select Premade Groups
Select Custom
Start a Group
Put in the title, your reason for group: herb trader, enchanting hut, whatever you are offering.
The Details box can be used to fully list your garrison attractions, Auctioneer, Mage tower Portal jumpers (always a favorite), trading post, etc.
List group
Click on the Auto Accept box
Convert to Raid (to prevent the group from being limited in size). I also unlock the raid as I find it helps to prevent it from automatically delisting.
Sit back, relax, grab a meal and watch the visitors flow in and out.
When you are ready to exit, click on "Delist my Group" button and folks should clear out after 5-10 minutes. If they are still in the raid but not doing anything in your Garrison, warn them that you are closing the raid and then close the raid by removing all the participants.

It appeers only 2 a month in your Garrison at the Town Hall lvl 3. if you enter the first person that you come by is a trader or quest giver. remmember they random spawn every day.

FYI You must be in the garrison for others to see the traveling trader. Others can enter your garrison, however they won't see the random NPC if you are somewhere else. Same applies for Mage's Tower Portals.

Potential emerging bug with her missing. For now, I've found that joining a guildie's group who does have her will allow you access.

This is a confusing system that no-one has explained properly yet.

Q: What is this system?
A: It is a system of vendors and questgivers that rotate randomly on a daily basis in your garrison in Warlords of Draenor.

Q: How do I activate the system?
A: The system is automatically activated upon upgrading your town hall to level 3, which you can do once you reach level 100.

Q: Where are the NPCs located?
A: For alliance, they are always in the small entryway when you first enter your town hall. When you enter the entryway from outside, there is a table of books on your right and a doorway leading to another room with Jeff Miller <Guild Emissary> to your left. The NPCs are always in that room with the table of books.

Q: I cannot find the NPC I want.. Why not?
A: They rotate randomly on a daily basis and only one is available in your town hall per day.

Q: What possible NPCs can spawn?
A: You will get either (1) Muradin Bronzebeard - he will offer two quests. One quest is to kill one of the raid bosses in WoD. The other quest will be to kill one of the 5 man bosses in WoD. (2) Harrison Jones will spawn. He will offer one of 6 Treasure contract quests. Completing all of the quests yields and achievement and Harrison Jones becomes a follower. (3) Renzik "The Shiv" will spawn. He offers bounty quests which leads into the Ring of Blood questline. The Ring of Blood questline awards gold, apexis crystals and upgrade tokens for followers. Renzik can be skipped imo. (4) Vendors. Either Dorothy Two (fur trader), Jake the Fox (Beast Hide), Alexi Hackercam (ore trader), Samantha Scarlet (herb trader), or Enchantress ismae (dust trader) will spawn. Each of these offer advanced recipes and patterns that cannot be obtained anywhere else for professions. Best to check every day to see if one has spawned for you.

Q: I want a specific trader to spawn but it never shows up! I'm frustrated! Is there another option?
A: Yes. Other players may have the trader you want. Only 1 type of trader spawns per day for everyone. Ask other players to check to see what trader has spawned for them. Then you can visit their garrison and use their trader.

Leveling up a fresh level 100 trying to gear up for Legion is tough, it's 2017/11/03 and there is zero activity for Draenor Traders on my realm, making my endevour for Advanced Muzzlesprocket and Taladite Firing Pin for my Shrediron's Shredder infuriatingly tumultuous. I missed the invasion scenarios for my "beautifully designed" Hellfury Longbow.

I assume the NPC changes at the same time as the daily quest reset and lasts until the next days reset right ?

there is a bug with zone date spawn: if in EU check NA date and viceversa

Just to make it clear:
This vendor is NOT Random.
This vendor only spawns on one pre-defined day in a looong time, and you have to check Wowhead if you want to know when.

Does anyone know how to find these NPCs if your character doesn't have a garrison? This particular one I'm playing currently was a boost, I wasn't playing during that expansion but I'm looking for old engineering schematics. I'm not finding much aside from randomly spawns at the player's garrison.
