To get to the bird, you go out on Skysong Lake and up the ramp that starts at 67,16. Turn left at the first junction and straight ahead.

The only one of the Nagrand targets not required for 高等畜牧學.

There are no other hostile mobs around so it can easily be kited for the length of the peninsula on which it spawns.
