I killed this mob @100 and he did not drop the listed chest. I dont know if it was a bug or not.

I got the chest on my first kill. Only posting this because some are saying it isnt dropping. So it isnt a bug :)

Map is misleading. He is located in a small cave (entrance at 87, 49) within the Siegeworks.

I waited for 40 minutes in the cave an no Ragore Driftstalker. Am I doing something wrong?

A few details:

He can take a long time to spawn. I waited over an hour one time, and about a half hour another.
I received the chest piece on my third attempt. My first attempt I got Apexis Crystals, and my second attempt nothing. My third attempt was on a different day.

This guy is timed spawn... but maybe influnced by the kill around the place.
I killed it 4 times and still no drop. It ALWAYS popped for me about 30 mins-1hr never before 30 mins, and maybe (not sure didnt watch the clock) as late as 1:15.hr.

A note on level 100 rares: They are only rare to you once a day. After the first kill they become normal, and then become rare on the first spawn after the daily reset. I doubt they will drop anything when they're normal, so save yourself some pain and only do them once a day until you get your drop.

I was farming 3 of these guys in the Iron Siegeworks to work this out.

This one spawned as a normal exactly one hour after being killed as a rare.

Edit: Tunic dropped on 6th kill (4th as a rare) - I wasn't on a daily quest and don't think (but can't confirm) there was an active daily for the area.
