Ok, My char is one which was boosted from lvl 1 to 100.

Once I went try to find this quest, to get some followers, i was not able to get it. I've found the "Lost Packmule" but there was no quest.

Since i want to get the Lore Achievements, i've started to do all "Shadow Moon" quests. Today I've done almost all quests for the Achievement "ShadowMoon Valley", but there was missing this one "Gloomshade Grove", which starts with this damn Mule! But i went there full of hope again, and well, i've found him again, and TARAM! He was giving the quest.

Once done, the quest : Lost Lumberjacks was on my garrison.

So, i do not know what happened from the day that i tried to get it the first time which was like 2 months ago, from today. But if you want to try, you can do the whole chain quest for "ShadowMoon Valley" and leave "Gloomshade Grove" for the last.
