This boss is the toughest one in the dungeon at the moment. You'll need to kite him around the room between his healing phases because he will one-shot pretty much every class level 20-30. Attack him during the healing phase, and be sure to take down the adds quickly. If you have self-heals, don't worry about standing in the ice and go after the adds/boss.

As a level 32 Demonology Warlock, I was breezing through this dungeon solo without any problem until I came to this guy. He heals up to 100% very quickly. I figured out a good strategy that beats Bathiel but it does take some time.

Start out with Dreadstalkers and Hand of Gul'dan. Then Demonic Empowerment and Doom. When Doom hits recast it asap. Otherwise, spam Shadow Bolt and Life Tap when your mana gets below 40%. Recast Dreadstalkers and HoG when possible after 12 seconds. It's important to not recast Doom before it hits because it just resets the timer.

The damage this guy does can be disregarded even at level 32 but if the red lights start flashing, use Drain Life for a couple of seconds until you're over 60%.

Oh yeah, ignore the elementals. Let them heal the guy. As you bring down his health, he'll get less and less closer to 100% and easier to kill.

I have solo'd him with lvl 36 demonology warlock after several tries I have found out that during his heal, he also kites you with ice rain. The key thing is simply to run near elementals and his aoe actually kills them within second. That way he loses his heal and is easy to kill.
