Just soloed this as a 36 protection specced paladin, took about 3 minutes all in all, but beats trying to find a group. found him at 48, 28. Make sure that you kill the stealthed panthers around him before you engage. being an engineer did boost my damage a little bit, Dynomite ftw.

He has 2 specials, rend flesh and pierce armour, the rend flesh is a bleed that ticked on me for about 43 damage, the pierce armour is a 15 second debuff that decreases your armour by 50%.I just kept SoL up and tanked him to death and HoJ + Healed when I got low (<40%)

Soloed as 39 Fury Warrior.Took me less than 30 seconds just used Battle Stance, Death Wish and Retaliation + Demo and Thunder.

Solo'd as a lv 38 daggers rogue, first try. Open with cheap shot and backstab, then gouge and backstab, kidney shot (relentless strikes proc, free kidney shot) and backstab, rinse and repeat the gouge and kidney shots. I used my blood lust (orc racial), evasion, a greater healing pot and blind to bandage (heavy silk). A tough fight, I didn't pop vanish because of the rend, but doable.

Note: This was all done in (what I believe to be) non twink gear. All crafted, quested and instance gear. 16% crit rate, Torturing Poker main hand, Sword of Omen offhand.... And I just realized that I forgot my poisons on that fight. O_o Some rogue I am.

Just solo'd Bhag s a 38 retri pally. Opened up with Judge Crusader> Seal of Command, when low on health, stun, judge command, heal, then switch to seal of light. Took a potion and a bandage, and a bubble.. and Lay on Hands... but my gear wasn't spectacular.

Still, it's possible!

Decent solo-ability for a 41 MS warr with a health pot. You could probably get away without a pot if you pop Ret or Fear + Bandage, but doable either way.

Hits (plate w/ a few mail peices) for 50ish, crit for about 87.

Solo'd him easily as lvl 40 warrior. He had pretty loittle armor (as it seems) but he can hit pretty hard.

I soloed this guy with my 42 paladin. Also was alive tanking him for a warrior to get to me for like 4 minutes. So he's not that hard i guess. I am protection specced btw.

Bhag'thera does NOT have to Despawn after killed, to spawn again, and her spawn location is random (1 of the 2(/3?) locations)

I've been running back and forth to these spawn for 45 minutes now, I kid you not. The spawn timer on this must be messed up. I made a macro for targeting and have just been running around on my tiger, back and forth...nothing. This sucks.

I was wandering around for about an hour with the different co ordinates posted here. She must have several places where she respawns. I found her just north of Mosh' Ogg. When you look at your map she will be right above the M.

The map on this page is misleading, at least for me.

The panther can be found closer to the ogre mound than the entrance to Zul.

Check northeast of the Balia'mah Ruins.

There's twenty minutes of searching that I'll never get back.

Can someone help me please? I have checked every respawn point and I've been looking for about an hour. I haven't even found a corpse. Any one have an idea why? I even made a macro and spammed it while i was looking.

I found Bhag'thera at 48,20. He is not stealthed, so spam /tar bhag as you run around and it should be relatively easy to find him.

I dont get why people assume it's a she. Quest clearly states its a he!

Spent the better part of 30 min looking all over the mound and where quest helper highlighted, including using /target bhag'thera. Finally found 'em near 48,28. Southwest of there slightly in plain view. No stealth.

Huuren says Bhag'thera gets moved in Cataclsym.

but untill then, every time I find him, he is on the south side of the fallen tree bridge that spans the top of the ogres cave.

When you cross the fallen tree branch that goes over the Ogres near Mosh'ogg cave.
Cross the fallen tree, then look to the right, he will be just down that hillside.

Almost every time.

The dots on the map make it look like he spawns north of the fallen log, and he can.
but almost every time I find him. He is across the south side of the fallen log.

To state the obvious, they've moved him since the patch. I found him at 64, 36 (or without coords right over the 'm' in Bambala on the map) though he apparently moves around a bit.

I found him at 65.87, 43.27 and then when I got finished killing him, I got up to get a drink and he was attacking me when I came back. So I believe this is a new spawn point. For those with Coords this was right on the southeast side of Bambala, right under the L a little ways.

Got to the spot after someone had killed it so I'm waiting for the respawn. Stood directly on the corpse and the exact coordinates are 61.77 / 50.11

Edit: After waiting there for awhile, I ventured back across the log to just North of Bambala. She/he was on the path at 64.06 / 37.66. Watch for the Shadowmeld Panthers. I had two of them join in on the fun.

There's an option in the interface to show a skull on your mini-map that can help you - I found him just by running toward the coords at the very top of this discussion, but I would have run right by him if not for the skull on the mini-map showing me where he was. I believe this is new since Cataclysm.

I killed him flew away 2 seconds later i run into him straight ahead kill that one then fly back and he's spawn'd on the first dead body so i killed him 3 times in the matter of around 30seconds.

Another player beat me to killing Bhag'thera at around 63.49. A few minutes later I found it again at 65.43, and it respawned on the same spot in under 3 minutes.

Saw him at 65,43 and tamed him. Was in the area killing Shadowmaws and saw him wandering around and killed him 2 times. When I got the quest to kill him he was back at 65,43. Shouldn't have to wait long if he isn't there.

So, he does have multiple spawn points and seems a popular kill (at least on my server)
