Talak is a dead Zandalari found on Isle of Giants near some direhorns. When you interact with him the following tale is told:

This unfortunate Zandalari has been gored and trampled. The expression on his face is not one of fear, but one of steely determination, even in death.

His open eyes appear to burn with intense passion, even as they stare unblinking into the sky. A fly crawls along their still-moist surface.

One can only assume he is the same Talak from 磨損的贊達拉日誌.... poor Talak he should have read wowhead first on how to tame those direhorns!

Might possibly be a reference to Turok: the Dinosaur Hunter.

He's trying to tame a Direhorn which is for Hunters. Plus his name is similar.

Looks awfully good for a ~~guy~~troll that's just been given new vent holes and barefoot "massage therapy" by a savage, primordial beast. I'd think they could at least take the time to reskin him, splatter some red on the textures just for some contrast between him the other trolls that aren't metabolically impaired...
