I'm currently levelling a mage with frost AoE, so I thought I'd stop by and comment on all my spots.

The ghouls just outside of the crypt-thingie in raven hill are pretty good, great cash, trash and cloth drops, all melee and easy to kite around, although they are a little bit spread out, which would be my only complaint about them, Oh, and some of the ghouls spawn worms when they die. Usually not a problem, as they just die to the blizzard, but if it's a close call and you're wanding, they can get you on occasion.

I've been grinding these guys for a while, and I noticed that they're "wandering plague" debuff can only be cast at about a 5 yard range. If you jump backwards or to the side while they're casting it they won't be able to put it on you.

Great grinding for silk cloth if your low. For a tailor's sake anyway.

These ghouls are mostly found by the large tomb-like cave in Raven Hill.

At first I had trouble finding these guys, I only found them at the house at the top of the hill and at the graveyard, but I usually only found 5. If you follow the path in the graveyard it'll take you down into a tomb, it'll be like a tunnel at first, there are LOADS of these guys down there. If you stay down there too long though, you'll have a bad time getting out what with all of the respawns.

For some odd reason I found one of these guys outside of Fargodeep Mines in Elwynn. I was questing and bam! I got attacked by the sucker.
