達郭 is the stone guardian of 『放血者』趙進. . After accepting the quest it tells you that you need to go into Gao-Lai Halls and kill Dagou, however you can not attack or even target him. You need to enter combat with Zhao-Jin to get access to Dagou. Zhao-Jin is a level 90 Elite, but don't let that scare you. You don't actually have to fight him. Just attack him and he will talk for a few seconds than send in Dagou.

Edit: Oct 4, 2012 Hotfix All players attacking Dagou will now properly receive quest credit when he is slain.

Interestingly enough, its name is a pun. Dagou is the romanization of "大狗", which is chinese for "big dog".

Strangely enough, no one has discussed how to kill this nightmare easely. First of all, the beast has a red circle buff around his body, that confuses me a bit. I thought as most wow buffs like these, don't stand in the circle cause it hurts you hard. On the hard way i had to find out, blizzard had fooled me. You need to stay in the circle, or you stay out the circle. The beast tries to get you in the circle and out. That way the circle hits you at his best. like 25k pro tic. I am a rogue, so for melee i need to stay in it, the beast tries to escape you, so you run out the red circle, dont let this happen. Offcourse as Blizzard always had a weak for casters, you guys have it so easy, just kite the stupid beast, untill its dead, ofcourse don't get in the circle. just my thoughts, how to kill the stupid beast.
