There is a "Mysterious Whirlpool" on the eastern shore near the bottom of the waterfall. Cast your line into it, and when you get a nibble, reel it in to begin the fight with Narjon, Pokemon-style. :v

When I saw Leviroth for the first time during Wrath, I developed a psychological complex - deep in-game bodies of water freak me out.

Just saw this beast, nothing's changed. :/

As a side note when he is fished out of the water he yells "Who dares disturb my eternal slumber" not sure if anyone noticed but it could be a reference to the Aladdin cave of wonders scene. Pretty awesome the way blizzard includes these Easter eggs.
