In the short manga story "Crusader's Blood" it is revealed that her full name is Renee Lauer and she was a captain in the Scarlet Crusade before her death. She commanded a sizeable group of crusaders in the Tirisfal Glades, but her exceptional fanaticism only got her and all her troops killed - including her young and innocent nephew.

In the manga she tells her story to the Captured Scarlet Zealot that is found in the inn's basement. Apparently shocked to reality by her death she is trying to convince the zealot of the Scarlet Crusade's madness.

"Crusader's Blood" is the second story in the collection "Warcraft: Legends Volume 3".

On a side note, all the other NPCs in the basement are also featured in the story with quite some detail, as is the quest (Fields of Grief) involving the zealot.

She ends the quest A Rogue's Deal. Completing this quest, you may return to Calvin Montague for another quest, which happens to have the same title, A Rogue's Deal - in this quest you must beat up Calvin Montague a bit, until he gets that you're going to be the one to win the battle, he will forfeit and give you the reward.

P.S. I don't think many people know this, but when you're grouping with someone and you battle him with 2 guys, he will bug and his health will auto-restore fully. Do it separately for both guys or you'll be fighting him for the rest of your "life".
