As of patch 4.3, Gunny has been moved to The Blood Furnace and in the Shattered Halls. He is accompanied by 4 Honor hold Recons in the Blood Furnace.

He is injured and dying in the Shattered Halls and asks for the player to kill the biggest, meanest, and nastiest fel orcs they can find in the Halls, Advance Scout Chadwick is attempting to save his life and enlists the players to kill several key targets, The first of which (Grand Warlock) is the one who cursed Gunny, and he theorizes that it should save gunny's life once the warlock is killed.

He offers several quests the player used to have to obtain outside the dungeon, as well as a few new ones. This was added in 4.3 to revamp the TBC and WotLK dungeons to be akin to that of the revamped Vanilla dungeons to make the quest flow of dungeons easier.
