I never killed this one myself but i think i know how it could be done.
There is some walking space on the both sides of the tunnels so you can stand just in front of the glass wall. Since the shark is aggressive all you need to do is to get close enough to it (i don't know if it's possible to cast something on it, if yes then everything is quite easy, if not you'll need to wait when the shark get aggro'd by your presence).
Though it's impossible to get from the tunnel into water it is possible to get from water into the tunnel (just believe me and don't ask any questions ;) ) so the aggro'd shark just will come to you into tunnel where you can kill and loot it.

There was a hole in land above treeprun tram once but its gone , ive killed nessy dropped nothind and second time some trash -_- like thos new dragons in Dustwallow drop trash

The shark is in the aquarium in the middle of Deeprun Tram. To get in the aquarium you have to be a horde subtlety rogue. Simply shadowstep the lvl 20 deeprun diver, and you're in! In the aquarium you can swim around without the need of breathing, so you can stay in there as long as you want. When you want to get out again, simply swim against the glasswall. But don't swim to the outer edge of the aquarium as it will kill you.

Why do you need to be horde?

Because the diver is an Alliance. This means he cannot be attacked by other... you guessed it Alliance players. You have to be a Horde or else you have no means of getting in.

Now with the warlock new summon spell plus the fact the summoning portal is in front of the caster, not above, you can summon people inside the water.

a way you could get there now is to do the invite-a-friend thing with 2 people, get a horde subtlety rogue to shadowstep into the aquarium, use the invite-a-friend special summon to summon a warlock into the aquarium, then use the warlock's invite a friend specila summon to summon a thrid in then u've got threee people and a warlock to summon any1 you wan there... quite a lot of effort tho.

It still is possible to get in the aquarium. It's pretty tricky now though. But if you want to get in i can mass ress you in xD Add Ability#2614

I note that this is a very old thread but for those seeing it in the future, I will add that as of now, I can use a level 20 Horde warlock to Fear an Alliance member through.
