When killed dropped 15 silver, no loot or even trash, but the nearby mobs dropped only 40 copper so I guess that's something.

Oh right, one last thing. Though he is now Mogh "the Dead" he is not Undead and is labeled and likely trackable as a Humanoid.

Doesn't drop anything interesting, despite being a rare mob.

Try to remember this mob was added in Cataclysm when Blizzard boosted the amount of rare spawn in azeroth as an experience boost. You should get up to 15x the normal amount of exp from killing a rare compared to killing a normal mob.

There used to be a quest to kill Mogh the Undieing and take his heart. Mogh the Dead is the result.
