(56,54) She (going to call Chordix a she, she is pink after all) is an exotic beast, so make sure if you're after her, you have a Beast Mastery spec. If you're using NPC_Scan her ID is 51022. I will submit a screenshot shortly.

It would probably grow much much larger if it had lived in a bigger pool. The one in Western Plaguelands is a gargantuan sized worm! That worm eats fish in 1 bite rather than vice versa.
