I was looking for one of these for the "All the squirrels..." achievement. Honestly... I found hare`s over hare`s until I noticed that those tiny things running around here and there aren`t cockroaches.... or peanuts.

Found one at 40.2, 20.0 in Mt. Hyjal. Hope that helps.

I just found them in The Regrowth of Mt. Hyjal today. They are extremely small compared to the other creatures.

I just used the portal to Mount Hyjal from Stormwind

The Alpine Chipmunks are RIGHT at Nordrassil as soon as you enter Mount Hyjal (as it shows on the map above)

And then you can just port back to Stormwind!

Super quick and easy! :)
