Just to clear up where to find this guy, he is not in the two main caves I went into (like the firegut furnace). If you run around the mountain until you see a rope bridge leading to the top of the mountain, you will find the dude. He is NOT in the cave with the ogres or the other guys, he is in a shallow cave. Took me a while because I was trying to follow the other guy's directions. You will have to run past the wolves and the rock creatures to find the rope bridge. Happy hunting!

I found him in the back of The Skull Warren, the cave with the imps in it. He was in the very back chillin with Felhunter Minion (a felhound).

Odd note about his staff, he sheaths it like it is a two handed blade, rather than a staff. Upside down on his back (like a 2 handed axe), rather than the top of the staff over his shoulder.

Does anyone want to know what he says during the cinematic? It was only because I was using Dark Apotheosis on my warlock, thus allowing the Demonic he speaks during the cinematic to be translated.

The comments on the quest will tell you where to find the High Warlock. He is in the back of the Skull Warren cave on the back side of the mountain. You'll have to fight your way past Necromancers and Flamekin, just veer left when the cave forks.

Necromancers and Flamekin respawn really quickly so don't waste time getting back out!

Confusion has arisen because the same NPC is in different places, depending on where you are in the questline.

If you're on the 給希倫的快遞 or 給希倫的快遞 quests, he's not in Skull Warren, he's in a shallow cave accessed over a rope bridge. The rope bridge is at 64.33 37.55, the entrance to his cave is at 69.01 43.95 and he's just inside.

Precise coordinates for TomTom users are below:
